As one of the few remaining independent bookstores in the Tucson area, we're HUGE advocates of shopping local. Why? Because keeping your money on campus and in Tucson means we can reinvest more money in literacy outreach, book and author events, and financial support for our UA students and departments.
In the same way, we're HUGE supporters of not only American-owned but also of UA alumni-owned businesses and products. The American-made brand Cotton Exchange, for example, is one of our primary sources of licensed UA apparel. The alumni-operated, American-owned Original Retro brand touts the most comfortable UA tees on the market. And alumni-operated Arizona business Youth Monument ensures that a large amount of our UA BookStores-exclusive UA apparel is made with straight-up, American-made, made-from-scratch material.
